How long does it take to ship my order?

How can I track my package?
Once your item has been marked as shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can go to our order tracking page to track your order. How long does it take to ship my order?

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering. Within this period, we will bear the cost of the new product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Otherwise we will not be able to consider the complaint.
