1. General provisions.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate quantities of items on our website, but from time to time stock discrepancies may arise and we may not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with in-stock items and contact you to see if you would like to wait to restock your ordered item or if you prefer that we issue a refund.


2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in the order. A shipping fee will be charged along with your purchase.

This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns due to Change of Opinion

BaBy Oops will gladly accept returns due to a change of opinion if the return request is received by us within 5 days of receiving the product and returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, who must make his own arrangements for shipping.
Once the return is received and accepted, the money will be transferred to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you by email.
(Car-Zone) will refund the cost of the returned item, but will NOT refund the cost of paid shipping.


3.2 Returns under warranty.

Car Zone will gladly honor all valid warranty claims if a claim is filed within 15 days of receiving the product.

Customers will have to pay for return shipping in advance, but we will reimburse you after a successful warranty claim.

Once you receive the product under warranty, you can expect Car Zone to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once your warranty claim has been confirmed, you will receive your choice of:

(a) a refund on your method of payment

(b) a refund for store credit

(c) a replacement item shipped to you (if in stock).


4. Terms of delivery

4.1 Domestic transit time

As a rule, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 15 days.


4.2 International transit time

As a rule, orders sent internationally are in transit for 20 to 60 days. This time varies greatly depending on the courier you choose. We can offer a more accurate estimate when you choose a courier during checkout.


4.3 Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment of your order.

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take measures to keep shipping delays to a minimum.


4.4 Change of Shipping Address

In the event of a change of delivery address, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.


4.5 Delivery to PO Box

Car Zone only deliver to PO Box addresses using postal services. We cannot offer courier services for these addresses.


Cancellation

Normally all of our orders are shipped out within 24 hours, even within several hours.

If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need to take a 10% charge for the cancellation fee which includes handling and restock.

Once your package was shipped out, we could not cancel your order and issue a refund. Hope you can understand.
